YFB Series 48 m³/min in-line Air Filter for Air Compressors

Your one-stop station air filter supplier in China

Are you looking for a high-quality compressed in-line air filter for your air compressor? HSAIR contributed to supply the widest selection of high efficiency in-line air filters for Kaeser/Atlas Copco/Ingersoll Rand/Sullair/CP/BOGE/Kobelco/FS brand air compressors.

Our YFB160 in-line air filters designed with air port Rc4” with air flow rate 48.0 m³/min protect your equipment and delicate instruments from dirt, water, and oil usually found in compressed air. Removing these contaminants at a very high efficiency up to 99.99% for 0.01 micron particles and droplets. Liquid releases from the filter cartridge to an automatic floating ball drain as rapidly as it enters the filter. This allows the in-line filter to continue removing liquids for an unlimited time without loss of efficiency or flow capacity. Select our line filters come with a lifetime (15-year) warranty which guarantees the product against defects and other failures.

Product Selection

Below flow rates of compressed air are calculated in rated working pressure of 7 bar (100 psi g) with reference  to 20 ℃

Correction Factor

To correctly select an air filter model, the flow rate of the air filter must be adjusted for the minimum operating (inlet) pressure at the point of installation.

Calculate the adjust  filtration capacity:

1.Minimum Filtration Capacity = Compressed Air Flow Rate x pressure correction factor rate.

2.Using the minimum filtration capacity, select an air filter model from the flow rate tables above (air filter selected must have a flow rate equal to or greater than the minimum filtration capacity).
